Body weight training comprises so much more than endless push ups, squats and burpees. I'll have you moving as individuals, pairs and as an entire group. You can't fail my workout but you'll definitely reach your limits and learn a thing or two on how to improve your strength, stamina, coordination.

NB. Workouts are based on first come, first served basis. There is no need to pre-book for this workout. Get there early to secure your spot!

About the trainer

Andrew "Pap" Papadopoulos

Andrew Papadopoulos is seen to be one of Australia's leading trainers with many publications, magazine covers and numerous television appearances and series. His experience has earned him to coach across the globe, consultant for gyms and an athlete representative for respected brands within the fitness and wellbeing space.

Andrew is the founder of an online holistic health and performance program ‘Everyday365’. To which has an expansive global presence and engaged community. The program gives opportunity for members to work with Andrew and his team of experienced coaches.
