You will improve lean muscle mass, flexibility, mobility, posture, plus greatly improve your glute and core powerhouse strength.

60mins of Stretching, breathing, relaxing, extending your range of motion and calming down your nervous system. We'll work through every area of the body using many different techniques of mobility training to gain this Range of Motion, you'll walk/float away feeling restored, relaxed and rejuvenated.

This class combines the principles of yoga, martial arts, and dance to create a fluid and grounded sequence. Claire’s careful use of cuing and intelligent sequencing encourages students to move from a place of strength and curiosity. This class is accessible for both beginner and advanced practitioners.
