Delicious Banana Nut Smoothie

Ingredients

1x Banana

1tbsp Peanut Butter

1tbsp LSA

1tbsp Chia Seeds

1x 1/4 Avocado

2tbsp Greek Yoghurt

250ml Milk, Water, Almond Milk

 

Recipe

1. Put it all in the blender cup/jug

2. Blend

3. Enjoy! Easy!
