LIVEFIT HEALTH & FITNESS FESTIVAL FAQS

See below for FAQs regarding COVID-19 plus General Event FAQs and Ticketing Information.

Coronavirus

Why is the Festival postponed?

Due to COVID-19 and the travel restrictions put in place for international guests having to self-isolate for 14 days, it meant some of our guests and some businesses were unable to make it. We were also watching closely how the situation was unfolding and made the decision as early as we could so people could plan accordingly.

What happens to my ticket now it's postponed?

All tickets whether bought or won are valid for the new dates so don't stress. Just hold on to them and we will re-issue these with new dates before end of July 2020.

What are the new postponement dates?

13-14 March 2021

I received a physical ticket, what do I do with these?

These are still valid for the new dates. Just bring these with you to be scanned on the gate.

I can't make it to the Festival on these new dates, can I get a refund?

Contact us via hello@livefit.co.nz and we will organise for these to be refunded to you if you are unable to make it.
