Kelly has been recognised as the REP's 'Up & Coming PT for New Zealand' in 2018, and nominated for New Zealand's 'PT of the Year' 2019 & 2020 since starting her business in 2017. She also went on to create a programme for Les Mills called "Les Mills Stretch" aimed to give people ease from aches and pains, limited range of motion, injuries, and the adaptations of our current desk-bound lifestyle.

Everyone deserves to live a life unhindered, free to move and navigate the world. But lifestyles, posture, stress and injury can all take a toll on our bodies, manifesting as tightness, tension and the inability to move confidently.

Through mobility-focused physical training and a wealth of experience, Kelly Mac is on a mission to help people discover the potential in their bodies and lives, through movement.

In her engaging classes and content, delivered empathetically and positively, she encourages her clients to move through physical and emotional limitations, discovering true freedom in motion and a life without restrictions in a body they love.

Her passion for personal development began with Rhythmic Gymnastics at the age of 5. This was the beginning of a lifelong love for all things fitness and saw Kelly travel the world as a competitive gymnast, eventually representing New Zealand on the world stage at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
