Come and see a wide range of fitness levels showcasing the CrossFit training method, proving that functional fitness is for EVERYONE of all ages and all levels.
Athletes brought together from Functional Fit East Tamaki (east AKL), CrossFit Mecca (North Shore) & Propolis Fitness Collective (Central AKL) communities will demonstrate the power of not just the training method but the programming, coaching and community within CrossFit is when trying to get health and fitness results.
Workouts will be done individually, in pairs or in teams with the intent of training all aspects of fitness; cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility and balance.
