Programmed by Renegade Performance, see how some of New Zealand’s top CrossFit Competitors, intermediate level CrossFitters and beginners all train in the same session proving this training method is for EVERYONE of all ages and all levels.
Workouts will be done individually, in pairs or in teams with the intent of training all aspects of fitness; strength, power, conditioning, gymnastics skill work, barbell capacity and more.
The 3 most appealing things about CrossFit as a method of exercise is the variation [no 2 sessions are the same], the results [done consistently this training will assist you in weight loss, supplementing your sport, help you build strength and much more], and the community [very rarely done on your own, group training assists with your intensity and enjoyment of exercise].
Whether it is your first time doing CrossFit or exercising at all or you just want to jump in and get a sweat on for the day we would love you to join us.
This coached class programmed by Renegade Performance, will take you through the fundamentals of functional movement (squats, pulls, presses) with correct technique in order to ensure your longevity in exercise. You will be taken through a variation of movements at your own intensity while our coaches ensure the weights and movements you do are best for you.
