Nutty Black Rice, Quinoa + Caramelised Onions
Black rice and quinoa infused with pomegranate molasses, spices and sweet caramelised onions. This salad is an amazing base for any salad. Great to feed a crowd or for your lunches during the week. It will last for a good 5 days in the fridge so make a double batch!
Tahini, Cacao & Hemp Bars
Tahini, cacao and hemp are a match made in heaven. These bars are hands down our favourite go-to snack. We always have a batch of these in the freezer ready for the 3pm hunger to kick in.
The great thing about these bars is that they are a great constantly from when you first make them and have no coconut oil. This means that after sitting in a bag all day they won’t be super soft and oily.
Tahini Greens, Tamari + Fried Garlic
Sick of having the same boring stir-fry night after night? This recipe takes a stir-fry to the next level with a simple infused garlic and chilli oil. A dash of Tamari adds a lovely salty flavour to the vegetables. If you can’t get hold of kale, any green works perfectly. i.e silverbeet or bok choy are delicious. The chewy fried garlic + chilli and a drizzle of creamy tahini makes these greens irresistible.
Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Balls
Filled with pantry staples. These bliss balls are the perfect snack or breakfast on the go. 5mins to make, minimal dishes + no cooking. If your pushed for time and don’t wait to roll them into balls. Evenly press the dough into a lined loaf tin and cut into bars.
