A panel discussion on what health looks and feels like for different women who have each taken a different path to finding theirs.
Diversity means difference. Listen to a panel of diverse women who train, eat and follow a different path to their own health and fitness goals. Their lifestyle, beliefs and experience all reflect who they are and why they do what they do.
From a busy city Councillor, a former ballerina, a business owning Nutritionist and Coach to an emerging Crossfit superstar- hear the way these ladies train, the way they eat and the way they rest. Most importantly, hear their why.
The goal of the panel is to reflect the diversity of training in health and fitness and how it is not a "one size fits all" model for all humans.
