What would you be able to accomplish in a day if you had energy to thrive? Guess what, it is possible for all of us to have exponential energy so we can all live the lives we love. It’s as simple as making small tweaks to our diet.
We all want more energy, when working with clients in clinic and online, the biggest thing clients say to me, is they can't remember when they last bounced out of bed, or they are always reaching for something at 2pm. My high performing sports stars, need more energy. They need it on demand and they want to get the edge on their competitors! The best news is, we can all benefit from this.
I look back on my days when I was working at the investment bank running half marathons, attending swim squad and competing in triathlons and I wish I hadn't been eating the slush that's meant to give us energy when we are competing because it doesn't. What helps my sports starts and my stay at home mum clients have exponential energy is tweaking their diets to make sure they are symptom free all day long, that they are not eating foods causing them inflammation and that their bodies have converted into what us clinicians like to call "fat burners". We have to make sure you are burning fat and not sugar, a by product is you will also loose weight.
