Get a taste of what's available without having to visit a multitude of different locations - we've got it all in one spot! Over 35 workout sessions are running throughout the weekend for you to discover, covering everything from HIIT to yoga and even a mid-afternoon dance party!

 

WORKOUT INFO

Spaces in workout sessions are on a first-in-first-served basis.
There is no need to pre-book. Note some workouts are limited by numbers so arrive early to the session to secure a spot.
"Premium Workouts" must be booked.

Workouts are 30mins or 45mins duration (unless specified).

Workouts are included as part of your Festival entry! (excludes "Premium Workouts").

DRILL will be conducting a 45 minute, 5 phase circuit based workout on the grass at LiveFit! DRILL40/20 has an intensity level of 8/10 but basic movements you can do at your own level and pace.
