A short, sharp, simple & effective circuit type workout incorporating functional movements. Take part in the DRILL 40/20 happening on the grass outside giving you that real summer bootcamp experience!
Saturday + Sunday 11am, 1pm, 3pm
Our 40/20 session is for those who want a short, sharp, simple & effective circuit type workout, without any complicated movements or choreography. Our sessions are high tempo, & high intensity, incorporating simple bootcamp style functional movements and cardio to boot.
Any fitness levels can get involved, as we use scaled medicine balls, kettlebells, slam balls, strength bags, to name a few
Warm up, exercise demonstrated, workout, cooldown mobility and stretching.
We have been the pioneers of outdoor bootcamps in NZ, so you know the workout is going to be quality.
You will receive our generous discount code after your workout to try any of our 5 week blocks at any of our 11 Auckland locations.
Fitness Level: Any
40secs work / 20 secs rest = 1 set. There's 3 sets per round for a total of 2x rounds.
Station 1: Strength Bag exercise.
Station 2: Kettlebell exercise.
Station 3: Slam Ball exercise.
Station 4: Bodyweight exercise.
Station 5: Shuttle bay (Shuttles etc.)
Just turn up and join in. Classes take place both days 11am, 1pm and 3pm. Additional classes may take place if demand and time allows.
NB. Numbers are limited and pre-booking not required.
