9Round is a specialised fitness centre for people who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness programme that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens.

9Round is the hottest fitness trend in the world right now! Experience a fun 30min workout that's suitable for all ages and fitness levels. At 9Round, there are no class times, you show up at your convenience. There's always a trainer to run you through the each exercise with 9 stations for you to work your way through in the 30mins.

You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. Our trainers help you at every station.

The real fun begins as you punch and kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

You'll tighten and strengthen all the muscles in one of the most common trouble spots, your core, which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.


In 30mins, you'll accomplish all this!

About the trainer

9Round Trainers

The 9Round trainer empowers members to reach their fitness goals, nine rounds at a time, in a fun, healthy and encouraging atmosphere.

Each trainer has been trained in 3 fields, group training, personal training and pad holding to suite boxing and kickboxing workouts. Trainers are on the floor to watch your posture and technique as well as to raise or lower your intensity depending on your fitness levels or physical requirements.

Each trainer is fun, full of energy and there to motivate you throughout your workout just as close a personal trainer but in a group training layout.
