This will be a high energy High Intensity circuit class which will help you torch those calories and have fun at the same time.

Torch those calories with Incinerate, don't just get "beasted", get coached. Our session is not just for those who want to get a great workout but also for those who want to learn the correct movements and how to exercise safely. 

High tempo exercise with great coaching makes for an awesome workout., incorporating functional training utilising all the main movements - Lunge, Squat, Push, Pull and Crawl. We'll use medicine balls, kettlebells, slam balls, strength bags and much more. Work smarter not just harder with Incinerate. 

We have clients who have lost over 30kgs using these classes as their stable training.

You will also receive a free at-home workout that you can do at home after the event!

NB. Workouts are based on first come, first served basis. There is no need to pre-book for this workout. Get there early to secure your spot!

about the trainer

Matthew Norris

I have been in the fitness industry since I was 18 years old, starting off cleaning and doing inductions for the gym I was working at. I then moved up and went from Fitness Instructor to Personal Trainer then in to management. After spending a few years behind a desk and not doing what I love, I decided it was time to get back to training clients and back to what I enjoyed most - helping people.

Now across the 15 years of being in the industry I have seen the profession go from being one that was rarely talked about, to now being the job everyone wants to have. The only problem is that the industry is losing its integrity and morales, ethics seem to be a thing of the past.

My goal with Invigorate is to create a studio where everyone can get the best in knowledge, support and training that is for everyone. I strive to stay update on the latest science and research so I can deliver you the best results.

I have devised a system that will help you move better, get stronger and have more energy.
