Starting pole fitness can be scary, we are here to take away that fear. Come and learn some fantastic new movements that are sure to give you a full body workout

During this course you will learn the fundamentals of pole fitness, strength, flexibility and flow.

Will you climb the 3m high poles?

Will you nail that challenging seat?

Will you move like liquid in your body rolls?

The best part is, there are no prerequisites. You can have year of experience in fitness or no experience at all. The hardest part will be turning up.

 

 

NB. Workouts are based on first come, first served basis. There is no need to pre-book for this workout. Get there early to secure your spot!

About the trainer

Steph Fitchett

Steph is a certified personal trainer, lead pole fitness instructor, bootcamp leader and owner of Inversé Fitness.

Her goal is for any fitness training to be more than just the physical changes, she will aim to empower you through exercise to take control of your health. She has 6+ years in the fitness industry and a wealth of knowledge to go along with it. 

For Steph, exercise has been a life saver in regards to her mental health and she wants to share that experience with you to show how it can also help, putting the power back in your hands.
