Power Session and 5min Ab Workout with Kate Ivey

Power Sessions are 20 min HIIT workouts. They are varied, lots of fun and suitable for almost all fitness abilities with our awesome levels system!

Power Session are 20 min HIIT workouts with no equipment. The levels system in our Power Sessions means you can work hard, exactly to your fitness level. So it’s perfect for beginners right through to advanced.

Power Sessions are fun and engaging, but don’t be fooled by the short time frame. It will leave you sweaty and energised – they are time efficient yet effective.

Kate and Anna will motivate and encourage you every step of the way, so come and join them!

 

 

NB. Workouts are based on first come, first served basis. There is no need to pre-book for this workout. Get there early to secure your spot!

About The Trainer

Kate Ivey

Kate lives on a farm near Mount Cook in the South Island of NZ, with her husband and three children – aged 10, 8 and 5 years. She has a Bachelor of Physical Education majoring in Exercise Prescription and Management and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology. She's a keen sportsperson, having spent many seasons on the netball and basketball courts and recently turning her hand to golf! She also have over 10 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry (from Smoking Cessation to Mobile Personal Training and Nutrition Education in Schools).

In July 2016 she set up ‘Kate Ivey – Fitness, Health and Inspiration’ because she wanted to help busy Kiwi women like herself to lead positive, healthy, fitness filled lives! Never did she expect to be able to help so many, and some men along the way! It is a dream come true – she struggles to call this her job because she loves it so much!

Kate Ivey owns and operates DediKate, the online health and fitness community and app for busy NZ women! DediKate includes a variety of different effective and efficient workouts led by Kate and her team of trainers. Workout anywhere and anytime and choose from resistance training, HIIT, low impact, cardio, Pilates, postpartum and pregnancy workouts and Yoga. DediKate also has hundreds of delicious and healthy recipes, meal plans, support from a nutritionist and nutrition education and advice.
