YogaBeats is an embodied movement practice. We reconnect back to self through ourselves. Tapping in to raising our frequency, vibrations and flow state through Yoga, Dance, Freedom Movement, Breath work and Meditation.

We begin with Intention setting and Breathwork and then use the power of Movement and Sound. Music and Beats to Uplift, shake out and move energy through the body. Then soak up the benefits in a Crystal Bowl Soundbath Savasana. You will feel uplifted, free, energized and connected.

About the trainer

Maddie Brosnan

Maddie has built her reputation and connections on the energy she brings to a room. Maddie is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Barre Instructor and teaches Embodiment practices and tools to create and empower awareness and change.

Her classes are transformative mentally physically and spiritually embracing Hauora and Te Whare Tapa Wha of Wellbeing in strengthening connection to Body, Mind, Spirit and Community. Combining all modalities and methods from Yoga, Breathwork, Primal Movement, Functional training, dance and Freedom Movement to create YOGAbeats in which has become her signature workshop at Festivals and Retreats, often set to live music beats and soundscapes.

Maddie is a Certified Womens Blessingway Facilitator as well as leading Sacred Women's Circles and Workshops.
