Anytime Fitness Group Training sessions offer full-body workouts designed to build strength and endurance. With three workout options - Base, Burn and Build - all scientifically programmed for results.

The Base workout will establish proper movements and a base level of conditioning to ensure you avoid injury and progress at your pace. 

Our trainers will help you focus on form and increase strength without the bulk. Experience the motivation of training in a group with Anytime Fitness Group Training.

 

NB. Workouts are based on first come, first served basis. There is no need to pre-book for this workout. Get there early to secure your spot!
