These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the LiveFit website and form a legal contract between you and JPR Management Limited (“Organiser”, “we” or “us”). By accessing the LiveFit website you agree to and accept these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

The Organiser owns all intellectual property rights in the website.
All the content included on the website, including all the text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, buttons and images ("Content") is owned by the Organiser or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
All Content on this web site may only be used by you for personal and non-commercial purposes. The reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display of any Content is strictly prohibited.
The LiveFit Health & Fitness Festival name and logo (“LiveFit Marks) are owned by the Organiser. Unauthorised use of the LiveFit Marks is prohibited. All other brands and names (including third-party product names) are the property of their respective owners.
All software used in the LiveFit website is owned by the Organiser or third party suppliers. You must not reproduce, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, license, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any such software.
Information on the LiveFit Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The Organiser reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to discontinue, change or update information at any time without prior notice.

The Organiser will use its best efforts to keep the LiveFit website free from interruption, viruses and errors. However, we accept no responsibility for your inability to access the LiveFit website or for any damage or loss caused to your computer hardware, software, internet connections or other peripherals as a result of the use of the LiveFit website or the Content.
