An all-levels all-women dance-inspired workout from the team at Studio 1 Dance Fitness. Improve your fitness, balance, flexibility, strength and confidence while learning to dance to Hip-hop, Afrobeats, Reggaeton, Dancehall, and Brazilian Funk.

You’ll be challenged, you’ll sweat, and we think it’s the most fun you’ll have working out. We turn the lights down, turn the music way up, and then smash out a workout together.

No dance experience is required. You're taught by professional instructors who guide you through the moves at every step and create opportunities to dial the intensity up or down depending on how your body is feeling.

You’ll be surrounded by a group of fun, real, badass women who are all on journeys of their own towards courage, compassion and fitness. You’ll gain confidence, strength and a self-loving attitude to carry with you long after the class is over.

NB. Workouts are based on first come, first served basis. There is no need to pre-book for this workout. Get there early to secure your spot!

About the trainers

Studio 1 Dance Fitness

Combining years of experience across dance, group fitness, personal training and experience design; Anna Starr and Careen Marshall have revolutionised dance-inspired fitness.

Together they've designed a workout with the perfect balance: challenging high-intensity movement, the hottest music from around the world, and an uplifting environment that truly builds community.
