Boot Camp Blast is a fun and fast paced 30 Min HIIT workout. It is designed to be challenging, but Kate and Anna will encourage and motivate you through. You will feel amazing when you get to the end. You will work just about every body part, you will be sweaty and your heart rate will be up – the perfect recipe for exercise endorphins!
