DRILL will be conducting a 30 minute, 6 phase circuit based workout on the grass at LiveFit! DRILL40/20 has an intensity level of 8/10 but basic movements you can do at your own level and pace. Each Station is 4 minutes long with a 1 minute rest to transition taking each participant to fatigue on the muscle group. Warm up, exercise demonstrated, workout, cooldown mobility and stretching.

40secs work / 20 secs rest = 1 set. There's 3 sets per round for a total of 2x rounds.
Just turn up and join in. Classes take place both days 11am, 11:35am, 1pm, 1:35pm.

Bringing back some of the old school moves from 70s, 80s, 90s, this Retro Aerobics class is a mix of high impact, low impact and dance moves!
