This is NEW program was put together by fitness professionals Jarrod Tucker & Amanda Prosser of Fit2Last Fitness and fuses elements of strength, conditioning, cardio, mobility, plyo & functional training for a complete workout all set to an energetic playlist with each track devoted to a different type of training.
No, HUSTLE isn’t a high coordination class and the movements and exercises can be performed by anyone.
