High tempo exercise with great coaching makes for an awesome workout., incorporating functional training utilising all the main movements - Lunge, Squat, Push, Pull and Crawl. We'll use medicine balls, kettlebells, slam balls, strength bags and much more. Work smarter not just harder with Incinerate.
