Starting pole fitness can be scary, we are here to take away that fear. Come and learn some fantastic new movements that are sure to give you a full body workout
During this course you will learn the fundamentals of pole fitness, strength, flexibility and flow.
Will you climb the 3m high poles?
Will you nail that challenging seat?
Will you move like liquid in your body rolls?
The best part is, there are no prerequisites. You can have year of experience in fitness or no experience at all. The hardest part will be turning up.
