60mins of Stretching, breathing, relaxing, extending your range of motion and calming down your nervous system.
We'll work through every area of the body using many different techniques of mobility training to gain this Range of Motion. You'll walk/float away feeling restored, relaxed and rejuvenated.
It will prevent injuries, improve your physical performance, increase blood flow, improve your posture, is great for stress relief, can calm your mind and can decrease DOMS and tension headaches!
