Power Session are 20 min HIIT workouts with no equipment. The levels system in our Power Sessions means you can work hard, exactly to your fitness level. So it’s perfect for beginners right through to advanced.
Power Sessions are fun and engaging, but don’t be fooled by the short time frame. It will leave you sweaty and energised – they are time efficient yet effective.
Kate and Anna will motivate and encourage you every step of the way, so come and join them!
