Working every muscle in your body just got better with a PWR Full Body sweat sesh! In this workout you will achieve the feeling of your entire body been moved in some way.
We start with a warm up, moving on the spot to get the heart rate up a little, and a few stretches before we move into circuit one. Circuit one - entirely focused on just the lower body, using our own body weight, and dumbbells if we want that extra push, completing 4 lower body exercises, in 40 seconds for each exercise completing this 4 times through.
Circuit two- entirely focused on just the upper body now, using our own body weight, and dumbbells if we want that extra push for some of the bigger muscle groups in our upper body.
Upper body rounds are also 4 round of 4 exercises for 40 seconds each round.
To finish off we will put the icing on the cake, with a one minute cardio set to have that final chance to get our heart rate up, followed by a nice plank to top it all off (just to ensure the core was being activated throughout the entire workout).
In this workout session you will achieve:
- A full body workout, targeting all the muscles in your body which is super important for your bodies composition.
- A massive release of toxins as you sweat and move for 35-45 minutes
- A huge surge of incredible energy as you complete the entire workout
- As you become more consistent you will increase your strength, mobility and fitness which will help to turn your body into a fat burning machine
