Easy to follow choreography, with the emphasis on fun!! Lets not forget to throw in the theatrics and showmanship too, just let go and go crazy!! Bringing back the woohoos and the yeehas!
Low impact warm up 2 tracks, no more than 3 high impact tracks in a class, dance based routines and a good old squat track or 2. A low & high impact mix, with some dance based moves to some of your old school favourite beats! Expect to sweat but more importantly smile!!
