Join Claire for a dynamic vinyasa flow class.
This class combines the principles of yoga, martial arts, and dance to create a fluid and grounded sequence. Claire’s careful use of cuing and intelligent sequencing encourages students to move from a place of strength and curiosity.
This class is accessible for both beginner and advanced practitioners.
Many options will be given so that everybody is able to find a new way of connecting to their and have plenty of fun along the way!
