Conscious vinyasa pairs the breath with movement, to intention. This is a practice of gratitude, patience and heart-centred oneness. A practice of devotion, joy and celebration. It's called a "practice" because we are given the opportunity to take what we learn on our mats, and take it out in to the big wide world.
My teaching style is very inclusive, all levels are welcome!
Whether you're new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner or even a teacher, there is something here for you to move with and through in order to come back home to yourself.
