Total body is a workout to gain strength, lean muscle mass and toned muscles.
The perception of doing weights and looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger after one session is a common assumption and also sadly not true!
Weights with lots of repetition provide you with a total body workout. You'll be coached throughout the movements so you won't be left to do it on your own.
This workout is suitable for all fitness levels. All exercises have scaling options to suit YOUR fitness level, abilities and I can want to see you there!
